Thing 1 & Thing 2
The hulls have been numbered only according to their time of arrival; we bought hull #1 (white one on the first pictures) and hull #2 was molded on top of it. Thus, it’s number 2 because it was "born" after! Not that it is very important, but Hull #1 will be the catamaran's right side and Hull #2 will be the left one. It’s only an aesthetical decision! (For those who don't know, thing 1 & thing 2, is a reference to Dr Seuss' Cat in the Hat, a favorite of J.'s childhood litterature).

Les coques ont été numérotées chronologiquement; nous avons acheté la première (blanche sur les premières photos) puis la seconde a été moulée dessus (photos avec les lattes de bois). Une fois démoulées, il a fallu une façon pour les distinguer. Pour des raisons uniquement esthétiques, la coque #1 sera la droite du catamaran et la coque #2 sera, forcèment, la gauche. (Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas, thing 1 & thing 2 est simplement un clin d’oeil au Cat in the Hat de Dr Seuss, livre pour enfant que J. adorait étant petit).
